Standard Bench-Top Cleaning Units

EJ ultrasonic cleaning units are manufactured to a high standard and efficiency of operation. They are advanced power mos-fet driven units operating at 40khz. The circuitry was developed by our in-house ultrasonic engineering design team, who have over 20 years experience in ultrasonic technology. Due to using ultra-modern microelectronics, units are compact and lightweight, while at the same time offering high operational reliability and robustness.

All units are constant power controlled, which is one of the most important qualities of an ultrasonic driver for obtaining satisfactory cleaning results.

Output power is held at a fixed level regardless of cleaning fluid level, fluctuating mains supply, or tank loading. This technology prolongs the life of the cleaning tank and electronic circuitry, as power applied does not exceed the required level for a particular tank.

All tanks, baskets and lids are constructed from stainless steel.-

EJ ultrasonic models feature:

• Microprocessor controlled accurate timing 1-60minutes and heating from 20-80deg.
• Memory retention of heat and time settings
• Microprocessor controlled thermostatic protection against heater over-temperature. (Low liquid level)
• Digitally displayed heating and timing functions.
• Constant power control, regardless of fluid level, tank loading, or mains fluctuation.
• Degassing of cleaning fluid (pulsing).
