EJ ultrasonics manufacture Industrial units these can be manufactured to practically any shape and dimension. Larger units are powered by using EJ ultrasonics submersible ultrasonic transducers and external generator ranges.

Lids and baskets are available as optional extras.

DIGITAL DISPLAY PANEL

EJ ultrasonic cleaning systems are manufactured for a wide range of cleaning processes, which often require a more accurate control of time and temperature. EJ ultrasonic units are fitted with a microprocessor controlled digital control panel as standard which has two separate LED displays. One display indicates time set / time remaining from start. The other display indicates temperature set / actual temperature. The timer can be pre-set from 1-60 minutes and temperature from 20-70 degrees C

SUBMERSIBLE TRANSDUCERS EXTERNAL GENERATORS

EJ ULTRASONIC manufacture a range of submersible transducer and external generators. They are welded stainless steel units with braided stainless steel hoses connecting power to the generators. Combinations of submersibles and ultrasonic generators can provide power from KVA upto several KVA.

EJ ULTRASONICS generators are advanced power mos-fet driven products. All units feature auto-tuned constant power control, sweep and pulsing. These combinations of features are the most important qualities of an ultrasonic generator for obtaining satisfactory cleaning results and precision cleaning.
